Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech to perform skilled repairs, maintain rooms and equipment, and support a seamless guest experience. You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks, and preventive maintenance, while upholding our commitment to Lead with Love.

This role emphasizes quick response to maintenance requests, safety, and collaboration with team members to ensure a welcoming environment for guests across Wisconsin Dells properties.

Qualifications

• Handyman level repair skills across trades include carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and painting.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain resort rooms and equipment, including electrical/plumbing tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and minimize guest disruption.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition per PM schedules.
