Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in facilities or related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and maintenance of all resort systems and equipment.
• Leads safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.
• Manages preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Directs capital improvement and renovation projects.
• Manages department budget and inventory; orders supplies.
• Supervises Engineering and Maintenance teams; staffing and evaluation.
