Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to oversee Dining Services, Catering, and Retail Food Programs at Land’s End Resort in Homer, AK. This leadership role focuses on exceptional guest experiences through superior food and beverage offerings in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires strong operational standards, team development, and customer satisfaction, with housing and relocation available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years as a Food & Beverage Manager/Director in hospitality.
• Knowledge of menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and knowledge of food prep and quality control.
• HACCP program knowledge.
• Food Handler's Card/ServSafe within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with various food production equipment.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments on time.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• English written/spoken proficiency required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Directs a high-quality, cost-effective kitchen and food preparation operation.
• Ensure HACCP and safety standards are understood and followed by staff.
• Plan menus, order, and manage inventory.
• Complete production records across locations.
• Develop and implement staff training programs.
• Oversee staffing across kitchen locations and ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain sanitation and safety across all areas.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications for events.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, reports, and payroll materials.
• Foster positive employee and client relations to improve service quality.
