Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years as Food & Beverage Manager/Director in hospitality.
• Strong menu development and cost control experience.
• HACCP knowledge and staff supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct a high-quality kitchen and food prep operation.
• Ensure HACCP and safety standards are followed by staff.
• Plan menus, order, and manage inventory with cost control.
• Oversee production records and quality of services.
• Develop staff, manage scheduling and training programs.
• Budgeting, cost analysis, and vendor coordination.
• Support events and theme activities with marketing.
