Job summary

Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort in Kissimmee, FL, is hiring a Resort Experience Host to curate engaging activities for guests of all ages. You will create memorable experiences and uphold Westgate’s core values in every guest interaction.

You will lead activities, participate in events, track attendance, and handle guest transactions while ensuring safety and organization across the resort facilities and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and guest-service focus required.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays based on business needs.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of activities for adults and children.
• Participate in all special events to elevate guest experiences.
• Propose and develop ongoing activity ideas to enrich guest stays.
• Maintain a daily log and track guest participation.
• Manage monetary transactions and uphold accounting procedures.
• Perform duties of Activities Attendant when needed.
• Use computers for equipment check-outs to guests.
• Enforce safety regulations for guest welfare.
• Keep the Activities Center and nearby areas organized.
• Assist in inventory management as needed.

Job Description

As a Resort Experience Host, you will:

Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for both adults and children? Join our team as an Resort Experience Hostwhere you'll be responsible for curating engaging activities and ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay.You will demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethicin every interaction with guests and team members.

• Conduct a diverse range of activities for both adults and children.
• Actively participate in all special events to elevate guest experiences.
• Propose and develop ongoing activity ideas to enrich guest stays.
• Maintain a detailed daily log and track guest participation.
• Manage monetary transactions and uphold accounting procedures.
• Perform duties equivalent to an Activities Attendant when required.
• Utilize computer skills for equipment check-outs to resort guests.
• Enforce safety regulations and guidelines for guest welfare.
• Keep the Activities Center, boat dock, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Assist in inventory management as needed.

• Ability to move andlift 50 lbsand to work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license to operate company golf carts.
