Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in events or activities planning.
• Meticulous attention to details.
• Excellent communications and organizational skills.
• Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Microsoft Publisher preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort, including private events.
• Coordinate and manage event preparations: food/beverages, volunteers, entertainers, and ticket sales.
• Arrange for sponsors to fund events.
• Review vendor requests and select vendors for informational seminars.
• Manage monthly newsletters: gather information, prepare layouts, and coordinate printing/delivery.
• Maintain open communications with resort management, guests and vendors.
• Represent the resort professionally at all times.
