Job summary

Prime Group is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to run the daily engineering operation at our resort in Marathon, Florida. You will direct technicians, keep guest rooms and public spaces comfortable, and ensure building systems run safely and right the first time.

Respond to guest requests, perform preventive maintenance, coach staff, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to keep rooms ready. A service mindset and hotel maintenance experience are preferred, with growth into

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hotel or commercial maintenance, including 1+ year supervising technicians.
• Hands-on skill in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Trade licenses or certifications where required.
• Experience with Transcendent preventive maintenance software, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct technicians each shift and keep the work-order board moving.
• Respond to guest requests quickly, and log every request until it is closed.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and flag repeat failures for review.
• Coach and develop technicians into the next generation of leaders.
• Coordinate with vendors, Housekeeping, and Front Office to keep rooms ready.
