Job summary
Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Trades II - Electrician to support resort operations by performing electrical projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders. You will install and repair electrical systems, read technical data, use low-voltage controls, fixtures, panels, and ensure safety standards while delivering guest-friendly service.
Minimum 2 years' hands-on electrical experience in resort or commercial setting; electrical certification
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on electrical work in a resort or commercial setting.
- Electrical certification or license is preferred.
- Strong communication and guest-facing skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and systems.
- Read and interpret technical data and manuals for electrical installations and repairs.
- Work with fixtures such as ceiling fans, breakers, switches, receptacles, and lighting.
- Install panels, circuits, and devices using conduits and wiring as required.
- Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.
