Job summary

Goldminer's Daughter Lodge in Alta, Utah, is hiring a Winter Seasonal Dining Room Server for the 2026–27 season (mid-November to mid-April). Earn $15.00/hour plus tips, with an average 35–40 hours per week, and enjoy ski-in, ski-out access in one of Utah’s most spectacular mountain settings.

You will welcome guests, know the menu, and provide thoughtful recommendations while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced dining room.

Qualifications

• Serving or comparable hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and guest-service instincts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work weekends/holidays, and maintain U.S. work authorization.

Goldminer's Daughter Lodge located at the base of Alta Ski Area is hiring a Winter Seasonal Dining Room Server for the 2026–27 season, from mid-November through mid-April.

You will earn $15.00/hour + tips, average 35–40 hours per week, and spend the winter in one of Utah's most spectacular mountain settings.

Ski-in, Ski-out access pass!

You will bring the energy to the dining room, make guests feel genuinely welcome, and help create the kind of lodge experience people remember long after the last run of the day.

What You Will Do:

You will manage multiple tables, know the menu inside and out, make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, and keep service moving smoothly in a busy dining room.

It takes focus, timing, and a positive attitude - especially when the lodge is full and the snow is falling.
