Job summary

GOLDMINER’S DAUGHTER LODGE in Alta is hiring a Winter Seasonal Dining Room Server for the 2026–27 season, mid‑November through mid‑April. Earn $15.00/hour plus tips, with an average of 35–40 hours per week, living and working in a mountain setting with ski-in, ski-out access.

You will welcome guests, know the menu, and provide attentive service that makes the lodge experience memorable during a busy winter season.

Qualifications

• Serving or comparable hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and guest-service instincts.
• Ability to stay organized, upbeat, and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work weekends/holidays, and maintain U.S. work authorization.

Goldminer's Daughter Lodge located at the base of Alta Ski Area is hiring a Winter Seasonal Dining Room Server for the 2026–27 season, from mid-November through mid-April.

You will earn $15.00/hour + tips, average 35–40 hours per week, and spend the winter in one of Utah's most spectacular mountain settings.

Ski-in, Ski-out access pass!

You will bring the energy to the dining room, make guests feel genuinely welcome, and help create the kind of lodge experience people remember long after the last run of the day.

What You Will Do:

You will manage multiple tables, know the menu inside and out, make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, and keep service moving smoothly in a busy dining room.

It takes focus, timing, and a positive attitude - especially when the lodge is full and the snow is falling.
