Job summary

Bluestar Resort & Golf is seeking a Server Assistant for Trilogy at Vistancia’s Golf Club and V’s Taproom in Peoria, AZ. You report to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and support dining room staff to deliver prompt, courteous service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, aiding servers, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining area. Requires HS diploma and 1–3 months server experience; schedule includes evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three months’ related server experience preferred.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol, if applicable.
• Current Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to communicate positively with team and supervisors.
• Desire to contribute to a productive work environment with a positive attitude.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must demonstrate initiative and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional hospitality with knowledge of the resort facilities.
• Greet guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Maintain effective communication with servers and respond to requests for support.
• Clear tables, carry trays, and reset tables.
• Assist servers and ensure guest needs are met with excellent service.
• Identify safety or cleanliness issues and report to a supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
