Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a professional Concierge to deliver world-class guest experiences in the resort's vibrant setting. You will anticipate needs, share local insights, and create personalized recommendations to ensure guests enjoy an unforgettable stay.

Responsibilities include arranging golf and dining reservations, assisting with activities, and maintaining a polished, helpful presence in a busy, guest-centered environment.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area and local attractions.

• Assist in booking golf arrangements, dining reservations and other activities during/prior to the guest's arrival
• Able to multi-task and work in a high traffic area

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area
• Previous customer-related experience required
• Consistently uphold a professional presence and appearance in all guest interactions
• Outstanding guest service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong computer skills including all Microsoft Window applications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Knowledge of POS systems and hotel software, such as Opera Cloud, is an asset.
