Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Common Area Attendant to keep resort areas clean and inviting for guests and staff. The role involves routine cleaning, restroom upkeep, trash removal, and basic maintenance tasks to support a safe, welcoming environment.

Flexibility for scheduling and the ability to work independently are important. Basic computer skills are a plus and experience in similar settings is helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Timeshare experience a plus.
• Flexibility needed for scheduling purposes.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of cleaning processes.
• Some computer knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean designated areas across resort properties.
• Empties trash and cleans floors and restrooms.
• Mop and vacuum floors; dust baseboards.
• Perform minor maintenance such as changing bulbs and filters.
• Manage storage and supplies; notify manager when stock is low.
• Follow all safety measures and policies.
