Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Common Area Attendant to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff at our resort locations. You will uphold safety standards, perform routine cleaning, stocking, and light maintenance while representing a professional, positive image.

The role requires basic cleaning knowledge, ability to multitask, and flexibility in scheduling. We offer competitive benefits and a path for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Timeshare experience a plus.
• Flexibility needed for scheduling purposes.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of cleaning processes.
• Some computer knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a level of confidence and professionalism and reflects a positive image of our Resort and staff
• Adheres to all policies and procedures
• Knows of and maintains all safety measures, occupational hazards, and precautions that may apply
• Maintains and cleans all designated areas
• Empties trash
• Mops and vacuums floors
• Dusts, cleans restrooms, baseboards, etc.
• Performs minor maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, filters, etc.
• Manages storage and supplies, notifying manager when stock is low
• All other duties as assigned
