Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a detail-oriented Common Area Attendant to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff at our resort properties.

You’ll be responsible for cleaning designated areas, assisting with safety practices, and performing light maintenance tasks. Flexibility with scheduling and the ability to work independently are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility for scheduling purposes.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of cleaning processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cleans all designated areas.
• Empties trash, mops and vacuums floors.
• Dusts, cleans restrooms, baseboards, etc.
• Performs minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs.
• Manages storage and supplies, notifying manager when stock is low.
