Job summary

Capital Vacations in Springfield, MO is seeking a dedicated Common Area Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff at our resort.

The role requires flexibility for scheduling, ability to multitask, and a commitment to safety and quality; previous housekeeping or timeshare experience is a plus. Join a growth-oriented team focused on travel and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Timeshare experience a plus.
• Flexibility needed for scheduling purposes.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Knowledge of cleaning processes and safety measures.
• Some computer knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cleans designated areas including restrooms and public spaces.
• Empties trash, mops, vacuums floors, dusts surfaces.
• Performs minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or filters.
• Manages storage and supplies, advises manager when stock is low.
• Represents Capital Vacations with confidence and professionalism.

• Manages storage and supplies, notifying manager when stock is low
• All other duties as assigned
