Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Common Area Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming resort environment for guests across indoor and outdoor areas.

You will perform housekeeping tasks, ensuring interior spaces remain pristine and safe while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction. Daily duties include dusting and cleaning furniture, floors, bathrooms, and public areas, with an emphasis on timely responses to guest inquiries and maintaining positive relationships with guests and associates.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the resort.
• Dust, polish, and clean furniture, counters, mirrors, fixtures, floors and surfaces; wash floors, windows, walls and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets; restock restrooms and locker rooms with necessary supplies.
• Remove trash, pick up debris, and transport materials to disposal/recycling; report damage or theft to supervisors.
