Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests in the resort.
• Perform housekeeping duties including dusting, polishing, washing floors and surfaces.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets; restock restrooms and locker rooms.
• Remove trash, report damage or theft, and ensure interior appearance is maintained.
