Job summary

Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas seeks an on-call Cocktail Server to greet guests, take and deliver orders, and maintain rapid, accurate service. You will work in a high-volume casino environment, handling cash with care and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements include being 21+, and holding TAM and Food Handlers cards; bilingual English preference; prior resort or casino experience is a plus. Evening/weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain required internal cards.
• Six months in a high-volume customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of beverages, wine, champagne, and garnishes.
• Familiar with health, safety, and sanitation rules.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, take orders, and serve drinks accurately.
• Handle cash and transactions according to procedures.
