Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Maintenance Helper to assist Facilities and EVS teams in a Best-in-Class Resort and Casino environment, performing cleaning and general maintenance and supporting trades across the department.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance experience; candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints, using power/tools, and following safety procedures to maintain property integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receives work orders and performs assigned tasks to support Facilities and EVS.
• Performs minor repairs and assists with various trades across the department.
• Conducts daily inspections and ensures preventative maintenance is performed.
• Follows safety rules, uses SDS, and maintains proper housekeeping of work areas.
• Sets up rooms for events and assists with equipment setup and teardown.
• Other duties as assigned to keep department operations efficient.
