Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking skilled bartenders for part-time and full-time roles in California. You’ll be the heartbeat of our bars, crafting drinks, maintaining a clean station, and delivering genuine hospitality to every guest.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience, strong math for cash handling, and a sharp eye for detail. Willingness to obtain CA Food Handler’s Card and RBS certification is required or encouraged. Join a lively, resort-driven team on a busy après-ski schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Serving experience in a resort or high-volume setting preferred.
• Holds or willing to obtain CA Food Handler’s Card and RBS server certification.
• Strong memory and attention to detail for orders and guest preferences.
• Comfortable with basic math for accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown bars at multiple locations.
• Prepare daily bar prep and stock levels.
• Take orders and serve wine, liquor, and beverages.
• Assist with inventory and daily bar orders.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards at all bars.
• Collaborate with team across departments as needed.
