Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Wilmington, Ohio is seeking a Campground Housekeeper to maintain clean and inviting campgrounds, cabins, and rentals to ensure a five-star guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning products, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, weekend/holiday availability, and a valid driver’s license; benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, a generous 401(k) employer match, and paid vacations, holidays, and sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean the resort office, clubhouse, public areas, and model homes as directed, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests and maintain rentals and common areas to standard.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other staff, and help with resort-sponsored guest activities.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner with patience and concern.
• Address guest-related problems and conflicts with a positive attitude.
• May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies as needed.
• Work closely with management to maintain open communications and integrated resort team.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
