Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring for a Housekeeper in Welches, Oregon. You will clean offices, clubhouses, and cabins, ensuring guest-ready rentals and common areas while maintaining supply levels and reporting maintenance concerns.

Applicants should have 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, knowledge of cleaning products, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort offices, clubhouse, public areas and models (mop, dust, vacuum, trash).
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to company standards.
• Track cleaning supplies and request refills.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
• Support resort-sponsored guest activities and events.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
