Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Cabana Server to take food and beverage orders, serve items, and handle transactions with guests in a friendly, efficient manner. Typical pay is $9.25/hour with benefits including health and 401K options as part of the compensation package.

Essential duties include taking orders, transmitting to kitchen/bar, serving, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to safety and sanitation policies. Prior server experience and POS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle transactions.
• Transmits orders to bar and kitchen and notes dietary needs.
• Serve orders and replenish utensils and condiments.
• Respond to guest needs and observe dining process.
• Maintain table settings and refill water glasses.
• Total charges, issue bills, accept payments and return change or receipts.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies.
