Job summary

Great Wolf Resorts is seeking a friendly Server to welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages while ensuring a positive dining experience. You will process transactions, assist guests with menu selections, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely meals.

Flexible scheduling, opportunities for training through Great Wolf University, and eligibility for benefits are offered. Prior hospitality experience and a positive attitude are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling including nights, weekends and Holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Previous server experience (desired).
• Prior experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) technology.
• Projects professional image that inspires trust and confidence.
• Enthusiastic and positive energy.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and present menu options to guests.
• Transact payments, handle cash and issue receipts.
• Serve orders and deliver to tables, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain table settings and replenish utensils as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to manage timing of courses.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and alcohol policies.
