Job summary

Suncadia Resort is seeking a Houseperson to support the Lodge & Inn housekeeping team, assisting Lodge, Inn, and Condos with guest needs and internal requests. You will respond to calls from front desk, leadership, and housekeeping, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include rapid response to requests, maintaining records, keeping areas organized, and aiding in room cleaning during peak periods. A valid driver's license and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Must have conversation English skills (read, write and speak).
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls from housekeeping, leadership, front desk, dispatch, and guest services.
• Shovel walkways or perform snow removal as needed during winter.
• Stock homes and vehicles assigned in a timely, organized manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of storage areas, keys, and vehicles.
• Assist with cleaning rooms and common areas during peak times.
