Job summary

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort is seeking a Bartender to professionally serve guests and assist in maintaining a clean dining area. This tipped position requires cash handling, POS operation, and knowledge of bar items, beer, wine, and liquor.

You will also ensure guest satisfaction and proper service during events and peak times. Applicants must have a California Food Handlers card (Serv Safe) and be at least 21 years old, with a strong team player attitude and reliable schedule flexibility for

Qualifications

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service with guests in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Must possess RBS certification.
• Able to work during employee parties and events, often the last to leave.
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions.
• Proficient with a POS system and basic beer, wine, and liquor knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Be 21 years of age or older and present a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests professionally.
• Accurately record sales and balance daily transactions.
• Set up and close the bar area daily and stock supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back of the bar.
• Possess California Food Handlers Card (Serv Safe).
• Know bar items, pricing, and beverage offerings.
