Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Villas in San Antonio, TX seeks an on-site bartender to craft cocktails, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver memorable guest experiences. The role supports multiple outlets including Charlie’s Long Bar and Woodbine Bar, blending creativity with attentive service.

Ideal candidates will have bartending experience, be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and adhere to sanitation and safety standards.

Summary

Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays. This is an on-call position.

Role

Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

This role reports to our Beverage Department which includes Charlie’s Long Bar, Papa Ed’s Pool Bar, Vince’s At Edge Hall, Woodbine Bar, and Aunt Di’s Bar. Candidates must be comfortable working in an indoor and outdoor setting.
