Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Villas in San Antonio, TX is seeking a bartender to craft cocktails, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver memorable guest experiences in our vibrant bars and outlets.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain bar cleanliness, and uphold sanitation standards while delivering exceptional service. This full-time role offers development opportunities within Hyatt and its global properties.

Summary

Schedule Requirements:Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays. This is an on-call position.

Role

At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

This role reports to our Beverage Department which includes Charlie’s Long Bar, Papa Ed’s Pool Bar, Vince’s At Edge Hall, Woodbine Bar, and Aunt Di’s Bar. Candidates must be comfortable working in an indoor and outdoor setting.
