Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa is hiring a bartender to join our Beverage Department across Charlie’s Long Bar, Pool Bar, and other venues. The role emphasizes delivering curated drinks, maintaining bar standards, and engaging guests with personalized recommendations.

Summary

Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays. This is an on-call position.

Role

Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

This role reports to our Beverage Department which includes Charlie’s Long Bar, Papa Ed’s Pool Bar, Vince’s At Edge Hall, Woodbine Bar, and Aunt Di’s Bar. Candidates must be comfortable working in an indoor and outdoor setting.
