Job summary

Bluestar Resort & Golf is seeking a bartender for Trilogy Bickford: The Ridge Wellness Social Club in Lincoln, CA. The role involves preparing beverages and food, delivering high hospitality standards, and coordinating with the Food & Beverage Manager.

Requirements include at least one year of bartending experience, a High School diploma, and a valid TIPS certification. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• One year experience bartending, in a resort facility preferred.
• Must meet state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent hospitality by knowing the resort facility and dining area.
• Greet and serve guests; take beverage orders and make recommendations.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Balance the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean bar area and assist in functions such as banquets and events.
