Job summary

SP Plus Corporation is seeking a Resort Airline Check-in Agent/GSC in Las Vegas to support guests by checking luggage, issuing boarding passes, and ensuring compliance with security rules. The role requires early morning availability, weekend/holiday openness, and ability to complete airline compliance training.

Responsibilities include handling luggage, charging for overweight bags, tagging luggage, and providing flight information to guests, while maintaining a courteous, high-service standard

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsibilities

• Work at a busy resort assisting guests by checking their luggage and issuing boarding passes.
• Handle and secure luggage according to TSA standards.
• Issue boarding passes and tag bags for airline passengers.
• Provide information to passengers about locations/directions and flight information.
• Maintain a positive, friendly and professional manner in a fast paced environment.
• Manage payments (credit cards) for bags and assist with check-in.
