Bags, a Metropolis company, is recruiting for an Airport Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) in Las Vegas. The role starts at $16.00 per hour and is part-time, with weekend and holiday availability.

Training is provided, and successful candidates will handle luggage, boarding passes, and guest inquiries at a busy resort desk. Responsibilities include TSA-compliant luggage handling, check-in processing, and delivering high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in of luggage and boarding passes.
• Follow TSA and airline regulations and maintain luggage handling procedures.
• Greet guests promptly and provide high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Open resort early and start daily operations as scheduled (early mornings).
