Job summary

Bags, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Resort Airline Check-in Agent Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) to support guests at our Las Vegas location. The role starts at $15.00 per hour plus tips and requires overnights on early shifts, weekends, and holidays with required security training.

Responsibilities include luggage checks, boarding pass issuance, and secure handling of luggage following TSA rules. Prior guest service experience is preferred, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Strong communication with guests and clients is required.
• Ability to work early morning rotation and weekends/h holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and luggage handling.
• Issue boarding passes and tag baggage for flights.
• Maintain a clean RAC desk and manage payments.
• Follow TSA and airline regulations and safety procedures.
• Provide information and directions to passengers in a fast-paced environment.
