Job summary

EOS Hospitality seeks a full‑time Activities Coordinator to lead engaging events and activities for guests and families at our resort. You will be the friendly face driving memorable experiences, from games to dances, using strong communication to connect with diverse guests.

Qualifications

• High School Education required.
• Experience in event or recreational planning preferred.
• Enjoys working with adults and children of all ages.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule; PM shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, dinners and crafts.
• Set up and clean up after events.
• Maintain attendance tracking for each activity.
• Train team members and volunteers.
• Distribute the weekly newsletter to resort guests.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are kept in good condition.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
