Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in events or activities planning.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Publisher knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort, plus private events.
• Coordinate and manage preparations for events: food/bev, volunteers, entertainers, tickets.
• Arrange sponsors and select vendors for seminars; review vendor requests.
• Manage monthly newsletters: gather info, prepare layouts, submit drafts to printer, arrange delivery.
• Maintain open communications with resort management, guests and vendors; represent the resort professionally.
