Responsibilities

• Direct the planning and implementation of resort activities and events.
• Assist with housekeeping and covering the Ranger Station during peak season.
• Plan and schedule events for all groups and private events at the resort facilities.
• Coordinate and manage preparations for events: food and beverages, entertainers, and other duties.
• Review requests and select vendors to conduct informational seminars.
• Maintain open communications with resort management, guests and vendors.
• Represent the resort in a professional manner at all times.
