Sun Outdoors in Florida is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to coordinate and support a variety of guest activities at the resort. You will help plan and execute events, set up and clean spaces, engage guests, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork, plus basic computer skills. You will assist with attendance tracking, training volunteers, and distributing weekly newsletters, always upholding Sun standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and attend activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners.
• Set up and clean event spaces to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Serve as a role model for Sun standards and reputation.
• Help maintain attendance tracking for each activity.
• Assist with training activities team members and volunteers.
• Assist with distributing weekly newsletter to resort residents and guests.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are kept in good condition.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
