Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking an Activities Assistant in Weslaco, TX to help plan and run weekly resort activities and events. You will provide excellent customer service, coordinate tasks from start to finish, and ensure memorable guest experiences at our resorts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in customer service, and strong organizational skills. A valid driver's license and reliable auto insurance are needed for local activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service and strong customer service skills.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize for customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion.
• Plan, schedule, prepare, promote and execute events and activities.
• Conduct engaging activities for various age groups.
• Develop supply lists for upcoming activities within budgets.
• Communicate professionally with managers and staff.
