Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) is hiring for an Activity Assistant in Weslaco, Texas. The role supports planning and implementing weekly resort activities and events to ensure guests have memorable experiences at our resorts.

The position emphasizes customer service, organization, and the ability to manage multiple activities with budgets in mind. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required to operate vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize by customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion.
• Plan, schedule, prepare, promote and execute events and activities.
• Conduct engaging activities for various age groups.
• Develop supply lists for upcoming activities within budgets.
• Communicate professionally with managers and staff.
