Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Resolution Support Specialist to provide chat-based support for Roll clients and resolve routine customer concerns. You will answer questions about using the Roll product, adapt to new processes, and learn ADP systems to respond effectively.

ADP is hiring a Resolution Support Specialist.

In this position, you'll join a team of rock star professionals who are responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is a best-in-class experience. You’ll be supporting ADP’s newest innovative product, Roll by ADP. Roll is a mobile app payroll solution for small businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide chat based support to Roll clients
• Resolve routine customer concerns and requests
• Answer customer questions about how to use the Roll product
• Adapt quickly to change, including handling new processes and responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• At least 2 years of previous experience
• High School diploma

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints using pre-defined solutions

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $21.92 - USD $40.87 / Hour*

*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
