Job summary

Terrazzo and Marble Supply Company is seeking a Full-Time, Permanent Sample Producer to support our day shift. This role offers a chance to learn a specialized trade and interact with field influencers.

The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and safety in a growing, employee-owned environment. You will contribute to sample fabrication, epoxy tinting, and material handling while upholding quality and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work grinding and polishing machinery along with a variety of saws.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Must be relatively proficient with math skills.

Responsibilities

• Pour, grind, and polish custom terrazzo and resinous samples.
• Tinting quarts/gallons of epoxy.
• Organizing and refilling chip containers.
• Loads and unloads materials onto and from various containers, including trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish tasks.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
