Job summary

Key Resin Company in Batavia, OH is seeking an Epoxy Sample Technician to create epoxy, urethane, and terrazzo samples from raw materials. You will mix, pour, grind, sand, polish, and finish sample boards while maintaining strict color and texture quality.

The role requires hands-on work, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. You will contribute to new sample development and meet customer specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing

Preferred Experience

• Experience using hand tools such as sanders, saws, grinders, polishers and measuring tools
• Manufacturing, construction, or fabrication experience.
• Former concrete, masonry, flooring, or brickwork experience is a plus.
• Experience mixing materials, coatings, adhesives, or similar products is beneficial.
• Experience in woodworking, arts and crafts, model building, painting, or fabrication is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work with flooring materials, coatings, and shop equipment.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform detailed work for extended periods.
