Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Columbia, SC is seeking a versatile trainer to deliver On-the-Job, group and one-on-one trainings across departments. You will coordinate with resources, assess training needs, and ensure follow-up with Quality and Manufacturing teams.

The role requires safety-conscious behavior, ability to work across shifts, and proficiency with Excel/Word. Prior BFS or manufacturing experience and PPE compliance are preferred.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS DRUG TEST.
• Must speak, write, and read English.
• Willingness to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
• PPE and gowning requirements must be complied with.

Responsibilities

• Perform On-the-Job, group and one-on-one trainings from department personnel.
• Contact and coordinate with different departments and resources.
• Evaluate and communicate training needs to upper management.
• Assist and monitor the receipt and release of railcars.
• Follow up with the Quality department to ensure testing.
