Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver On-the-Job, group and one-on-one trainings across departments. You will coordinate with multiple teams, assess training needs, and support resin transfer processes using SOPs and the HMI.

Responsibilities

• Perform On-the-Job (OJT), group and one-on-one trainings from department personnel.
• Coordinate with different departments and resources.
• Evaluate and communicate training needs to upper management.
• Assist and monitor the receipt and release of railcars.
• Follow up with the Quality department to ensure testing.
• Maintain equipment/tools for resin transfers and use the HMI for resin transfer.
• Ensure resin transfers are documented and performed per SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of railcar area and related rooms.
