Job summary

NEPHRON SC, LLC in Texas is seeking an On-the-Job trainer/operations support role within a BFS manufacturing environment. You will conduct OJT, group and one-on-one trainings, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure training needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Conduct On-the-Job, group and one-on-one trainings.
• Coordinate with different departments and resources.
• Evaluate and communicate training needs to management.
• Assist and monitor receipt and release of railcars.
• Maintain equipment/tools used for resin transfers.
• Operate and understand the Resin Transfer HMI (HMI).
• Ensure resin transfers are documented per SOPs.
• Assist with quality sampling coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness of railcar areas and related rooms.
• Complete documentation of resin transfer processes.
