Centro, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Resin Technician to join our Manufacturing team. You will handle resin pulverization, blending, weighing, and granulation with attention to quality and safety.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include equipment operation, inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and willingness to work rotating shifts, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or material handling is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Comfortable using digital scales, computers, and labeling software.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperatures ranging from 55°F to 110°F.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate resin pulverization, blending, weighing, and granulation equipment safely and accurately.
• Ensure proper color matching and labeling of resin containers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on resin-related equipment.
• Monitor and maintain resin and colorant inventory levels.
• Assist with monthly inventory and quality inspections.
• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Cross-train and assist in other material handling roles as needed.
