Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Production Lead to oversee day‑to‑day resin material manufacturing, ensuring safe, efficient production in compliance with quality standards. You will bridge hands‑on work with team leadership and support the Production Manager to meet goals.

You will manage batch prep, inventory, and cross‑functional issues with Maintenance and Engineering, while training new members and driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resin batch preparation, review recipes, and ensure timely completion to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to maintain steady workflow and minimal downtime.
• Support and lead team members by making sure tasks are on track and monitoring performance.
• Monitor and understand accurate live inventory of raw materials, WIP, and completed batches.
• Identify and resolve production or equipment issues in partnership with Maintenance and Engineering.
• Provide training and onboarding for new production team members.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure the production area remains safe, organized, and compliant with standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
