Job summary

Formlabs in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Production Specialist to support resin manufacturing for photochemistry applications. You will manage live inventory, move materials between stages, and help ensure batches meet quality and timing targets.

Role requires an associate degree or equivalent production experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on a 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. schedule in a fast-paced environment. Medical benefits and PTO available.

Qualifications

• Associates or high school with production experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable live inventory of raw materials, WIP, and batches.
• Support production on resin-related process parameters to minimize downtime.
• Follow Quality Management System documentation and procedures.
• Prepare batches, sample for approval, and manage batching schedules.
