Novolex is seeking an Inventory Resin Control Specialist for our Logan Township, NJ facility. You will manage resin inventory, ensure accurate counts, and support efficient material flow in a fast-paced blown film production environment.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, forklift certification, and experience handling resin materials. You will collaborate with production teams to prevent shortages and ensure timely material delivery to lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift certification required and prior forklift operation experience.

Responsabilités

• Safely loading/unloading raw materials (resins, additives, colorants) and storing them.
• Inspecting incoming materials, verifying quantities, and reporting discrepancies/defects.
• Storing and organizing raw materials, supplies, and finished film rolls.
• Retrieving/delivering materials to production areas in a timely manner.
• Assisting in setup for blown film production per orders.
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or excesses.
• Operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely following policies.
• Maintaining resin conveying systems and daily inventory counts.
• Coordinating rail car movements as needed.
• Ensuring safety compliance and clean work area.
• Collaborating with supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve material flow.
• Other duties as assigned.
